If you are making a purchase for a district or school, a school purchase order is required. Please include shipping charges of $4.95 for one book and $2.00 for each additional book. School districts are exempt from sales tax.

If you are making an individual purchase, print out an order form and mail a check or money order payable to Russell’s Educational Consulting. Orders must include the full payment before they can be shipped. Please include shipping charges of $4.95 for one book and $2.00 for each additional book and a sales tax rate of 8.25%

*If your school or district is outside of Texas please note the following:

1. Teachers that teach outside of Texas do not pay sales tax unless you will be using these products in Texas. If you order by mail, you will be considered a Texas resident and are required to pay sales tax. School districts and schools are tax exempt.
   
   
2. Practical TAKS Activities are correlated to the TAKS (Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills), but meet the standards of any state and can be used in any state. If you would like to check to determine if our products are aligned to your state standards, please go to www.tea.state.tx.us.
